The website Finestre sull'Arte is not a newspaper because it is updated without periodicity. Therefore it can not be considered an editorial product according to the Legge n. 62 del 7 marzo 2001 (Law n.62 of 7 march 2001).
The property of all the original contents of Finestre sull'Arte is of their respective authors. The staff authorizes the visitors to download and play the podcasts, but the source, the authors and the url (www.finestresullarte.info) must be cited and the files must not be altered. In addition it is not allowed the commercial use, direct or indirect, of the contents of the website.
The contents which are not original in Finestre sull'Arte belong to their respective authors or to third party which have authorized the use of them. Therefore, the website, the staff and its collaborators are not responsible for damages caused by the use of information in external websites, and not responsible for their contents. If a user finds inappropriate contents in the links given by Finestre sull'Arte, he can communicate them via mail to the staff.
