Would you like to add accessories and funny details to the most famous works of art? With Reinvent Art, you can indulge yourself

Starting June 4, the new children's activity-book, Reinvent Art, is available in bookstores and online.

It will be available from June 4 in bookstores and online Reinvent Art, an activity-book aimed at children aged three and up to learn and play while discovering the most famous works of art history.

Designed and created by Anne Weiss and published by 24 Ore Cultura, the book aims to unleash the creativity of young children by transforming important paintings and sculptures into new and original masterpieces. If Marcel Duchamp, in his L.H.O.O.Q. of 1919 added a mustache to the Mona Lisa, children will be able, through more than sixty stickers with many accessories and funny details at their disposal, to modify the faces and expressions of the portrayed subjects. They can, for example, put a feather on the bald head of an ancient scribe, apply glasses and bow tie to a Van Gogh self-portrait, or add little flowers to Tutankhamun’s golden mask.

Reinvent Art intends to offer younger children a fun way to play with art, making them travel through time and to various countries, through thirteen portraits or figures from famous paintings and ancient sculptures: from a Greek Aphrodite to a Polynesian girl by Gauguin, from a red-haired boy by Modigliani to His Majesty King Francis I of France, to the Sumerian superintendent of the ancient city of Mari with his sea-blue eyes.

The result will be a unique, personalized book and a colorful gallery of illustrated characters to browse through for fun and learning.
