Exhibition dedicated to Mario Dondero kicks off in Castelnuovo Magra

Kicking off tomorrow in the Tower of the Castle of the Bishops of Luni in Castelnuovo Magra is the exhibition"Mario Dondero. Homage to Prague, in the Footsteps of Utz," which will end on July 2, 2017.
The exhibition is curated by Luciana Damiano and Maurizio Garofalo.

Mario Dondero was one of the most original exponents of contemporary photojournalism.

The exhibition is a revisiting of the project the photographer proposed in 2008 in Genoa to celebrate the anniversary of the publication of Utz, a novel by Bruce Chatwin set in Prague.

On display are Dondero’s black-and-white shots depicting Prague and following in the footsteps of the protagonist of Chatwin’s novel.
