Villa Carlotta in Tremezzina (CO) will host Fiori di vetro dalla collezione Bersellini (Glass Flowers from the Bersellini Collection), an exhibition featuring flowers made in glass, from July 14 to September 9, 2018.

The Bersellini collection, started in the 1970s, brings together a significant sampling of 20th-century Murano artistic glassmaking production and more recent research in glass art.

Among the authors present are some of the artists and designers who have worked in Murano at historic furnaces, such as Venini, Zecchin-Martinuzzi, Barovier&Toso, Pauly&C., and Salviati, and artists creators of unique pieces, such as Franca Petroli, Maria Grazia Rosin and Silvia Levenson.

The glass flowers will be placed in relation to the flowers in the botanical park.

The exhibition is curated by Sandro Pezzoli and Rosa Chiesa.

Hours: Daily from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Tickets: 10 euros, over 65 8 euros, student 5 euros. Free for children from 0 to 5 years old.
