And exactly on Aug. 31, the Excelsior opened the photo exhibition by world-renowned photographer Riccardo Ghilardi, who captured celebrities treading the boards in Three Minutes at the Excelsior, referring to the amount of time portrait photographers typically have with a celebrity in the midst of a film festival such as Venice or at award ceremonies such as the Oscars. The exhibition will be open to the public until Oct. 23.
To celebrate the anniversary, the Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort has also created a cocktail dedicated to the world of cinema, which can be enjoyed right on the terrace that has seen the great personalities parade by: “1932” is a white Martini cocktail with Italian vodka to enhance the territory, chocolate liqueur, white cocoa powder and liquid cream, with the inscription 1932 made with dark chocolate.
Not to mention that during the days of the Festival right on the same terrace and in the magnificent salons there will be events, meetings, special initiatives and private parties dedicated to the world of cinema with the protagonists ready to parade on the red carpet directly from the hotel’s scenic pier or from one of the elegant suites.
