The City of Livorno is introducing the Museum Pass, an annual pass that providesunlimited access to the City Museum and the “Giovanni Fattori” Civic Museum during their respective hours of operation. The pass, which is personalized and valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, costs 30 euros for full-price admission and 25 euros for those over 65 and eligible groups. Its launch coincides with the 201st anniversary of Giovanni Fattori’s birth on September 6.

From Friday, September 4, through Sunday, September 6, it will therefore be available for purchase at 25 euros for the full price and 20 euros for the reduced price. This initiative is part of a series of measures adopted by national and international museums to foster audience loyalty and accessibility. The Card can be purchased exclusively at the ticket offices of the Civic Museums; for subsequent visits, visitors will need to present a valid ID.

“The Card is not just a form of financial assistance, but above all an invitation to return to our museums, so that they are not merely places to visit but places to experience,” states Angela Rafanelli, Councilor for Culture.
