Rome: card for free entry to city museums coming in June


In Rome, a card will be available from June that will allow holders free admission to city museums.

Coming in late June will be the annual card for free visits to Rome ’s civic museums that was announced last December.
This card is reserved for residents of the capital and costs €5 (less than a single full ticket), allowing holders to visit museums for free.
The announcement was made by Deputy Mayor Luca Bergamo, who explains that further details will be provided at a later date through a press conference.

That of free admission to municipal museums was one of the first initiatives in the area of culture announced by Virginia Raggi’s administration.
