There, he oversaw matters related to personnel management, policies for museums and cultural institutions, administrative oversight, the financing of cultural institutions, and copyright law.
His academic work, however, continued over the years; he has taught courses at numerous universities and institutions, including Federico II, LUISS, Roma Tre, La Sapienza, Tor Vergata, the University of Catania, the Pontifical Gregorian University, and the Central Institute for Restoration. Her resume also includes prominent roles in the cultural sector, such as serving as commissioner for the Italian Institute of Numismatics and the Toti Scialoja Foundation, as well as serving on the boards of directors and scientific committees of organizations, journals, and master’s programs dedicated to the promotion of cultural heritage.
Since 2025, he has also served as editor-in-chief of the journal *Rassegna degli Archivi di Stato* and chairs the scientific committee of the series *Pubblicazioni degli Archivi di Stato. Saggi*.
He is the author of over one hundred essays on public and administrative law covering topics such as sources of law, cultural heritage and activities, administrative procedure, administrative justice, oversight, ineligibility and disqualification from candidacy, and popular sovereignty.
