Montecitorio a porte aperte is back: nine appointments offering the public the chance to visit the most significant places in Palazzo Montecitorio. From January 14, 2024.

The Montecitorio a porte aperte (Montecitorio Open Doors) initiative restarts on Jan. 14, 2024: nine appointments that offer the public the chance to visit the most significant places in Palazzo Montecitorio, such as the Chamber, the Transatlantic, and the main halls of representation, such as the Queen’s Room, the Sala della Lupa, the Aldo Moro Room, and the Sala delle Donne.

It is possible to book the guided tour at events.camera.it/eventionline while places are available. The Jan. 14 visit can be booked starting Jan. 8, while reservations for the other scheduled visits will open each preceding Monday. After the first date on Jan. 14, which will be opened by a concert in the square by the State Police band, the following dates are scheduled: Feb. 4, March 3, April 7, Oct. 6, Nov. 10, and Dec. 1. Special editions are also planned: in May for Museum Night, and on June 2 for Republic Day.

Until June 2, 2024, visitors to Montecitorio Open Doors will also be able to see a number of installations created on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Constitution’s enactment.
