Coming to Palazzo Bonaparte in Rome is Elliott Erwitt. Icons, an exhibition celebrating the photography of one of the greatest of the 20th century, who was able to tell the world with irony and empathy. On view from June 28 to Sept. 21, 2025, the exhibition dedicated to Elliott Erwitt is curated by Biba Giacchetti with technical support from Gabriele Accornero, and is promoted and organized by Arthemisia in collaboration with Orion57 and Bridgeconsultingpro. Main partner is Fondazione Terzo Pilastro - Internazionale, together with Fondazione Cultura e Arte and Poema.

The exhibition presents more than 80 famous shots to tell the story of the career of the famous photographer who turns everyday life into visual poetry. Each photograph becomes a story, capable of making people smile, think, and move. With an unmistakable style, Erwitt was able to return the lightness of the joy of living with a playful but never banal look.
