States of childhood: Riccardo Venturi's photography exhibition in Rome.

From Oct. 28, 2022 to Feb. 26, 2023, the Museum of Rome in Trastevere opens its doors to States of Childhood - Journey to the Growing Country, the photographic exhibition by Riccardo Venturi.

With more than 80 photographs, the exhibition presents the reportage of the important mission of the social enterprise “With Children” and focuses on the theme of inequality and marginality, social exclusion and school dropout. The aim is to highlight the complexity and difficulties, but also the possibilities for renewal and the necessary and possible change of course through experimentation and “educational alliances” between schools, the third sector, institutions and families.

Supported thanks to the "Fund for the fight against juvenile educational poverty,“ the project has invested dozens of ”Italian educational yards," from the Imagna and Brembana Valleys to Favara and Ragusa touching the suburbs of big cities touching on topical issues that have often become real emergencies due to the pandemic and lockdown.
