The exhibition, as part of Palermo Italian Capital of Culture, presents to the public more than one hundred shots by Jesse A. Fernández, 20th-century Cuban photographer and artist.

The exhibition is divided into nine sections depicting the places where he lived: Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, New York, Havana, Puerto Rico, Madrid, Paris and Palermo.
In these places he became interested in the reality and characters of the cultural world and found the Hispanic connection with each.
Protagonists of his shots have always been portraits and cityscapes.
