On Twitch platform, lectures on "art of the future" by critic Ludovico Pratesi

Art critic Ludovico Pratesi has begun holding a series of streaming appointments on the Twitch platform to popularize art in these days of health emergency.

The new format is called The Art of the Future and is held every Tuesday, starting May 5, at 5 p.m. Each episode lasts about 30 minutes and sees Pratesi hold conversations that will try to draw a line of the most relevant artistic trends of the coming decades, investigating the anticipatory vision of some of the international contemporary artists who more than others try to imagine the worlds that may happen and thus have a general picture of the art of the future (and also the future of art). This is all thanks to the capabilities of the innovative Twitch platform, which will make the conversations interactive. Twitch is mainly used by video game enthusiasts, but lately it has been exploited by other types of users as well.

Presented by EIIS-European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability with the support of Cultrise, The Art of the Future will feature Adrian Villar Rojas, Philippe Parreno, Pierre Huyge, and Gian Maria Tosatti as the protagonists of its first episodes.
