Magritte will be the star of the upcoming fall exhibition at Palazzo Blu

The next fall exhibition to be held in the exhibition halls of Pisa’s Palazzo Blu has been announced: it will be dedicated to Belgian artist René Magritte.

The announcement was made at a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Pisa museum, which has been named the “Blue Period,” as Palazzo Blu Foundation President Cosimo Bracci Torsi pointed out.

It will be an exhibition dedicated to surrealism, curated by the Centre Pompidou in Paris, in which Magritte will be the undisputed protagonist.

In spring, on the other hand, the exhibition proposed by National Geographic, “The voyage of Marco Polo in the photographs of Michael Yamashita,” will be welcomed.
