A call for applications has been published for the recruitment of 577 officials of the Ministry of Culture, within the technical-specialist professional family dedicated to the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage according to the following breakdown: 100 units of architect official, 300 units of library official, 167 units of archivist official, 10 units of archaeologist official. The initiative is part of the process of strengthening administrative and technical structures initiated by Culture Minister Alessandro Giuli to consolidate the skills necessary for the care and management of the national heritage.
The procedure is open to candidates who meet the general requirements for access to public employment and the qualifications indicated in the call for applications for each profile, which include master’s degrees in technical disciplines related to cultural heritage, supplemented - as required - by specialization diplomas, doctorates or second-level university masters degrees; for the profile of architectural officer, a professional qualification is also required.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the inPA Portal, starting Dec. 15, 2025 at 11 a.m. and ending Jan. 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The selection consists of a written test and an oral test. The written test consists of forty multiple-choice questions to be completed in sixty minutes, while the oral test consists of an interview on the subjects of the written test and includes ascertaining English language proficiency at a level of at least B1 and computer and digital skills. The final rankings will be published on the inPA Portal and on the Ministry of Culture website, along with all communications regarding the conduct of the tests.
