The ruling is dated Oct. 26 but was published only in recent days. It now remains to await the decision on the other appeal, that filed by Giovanna Paolozzi Strozzi.

At the end of May, the Lazio Regional Administrative Court had upheld the appeals of Francesco Sirano and Giovanna Paolozzi Strozzi (also a candidate in the selections) highlighting procedural flaws in the competition. The five directors had thus been suspended and replaced by the directors of the museum poles, but they were back to work shortly after since the Council of State, on June 15, suspended the TAR ruling postponing everything until October 26.
