President of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano-South Tyrol Arno Kompatscher yesterday, Oct. 25, signed an ordinance that includes some changes from the urgent measures for the prevention and management of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency presented in the new DPCM by Prime Minister Conte on the same day.

These differences include the decision to allow performances open to the public in theaters, concert halls, and cinemas, respecting all safety measures and with the maximum number of 200 spectators, unlike the closure of all theaters, cinemas, and concert halls established by the new DPCM.

Another change concerns food service: bars, ice cream parlors and pastry shops can remain open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., while restaurants can stay open until 10 p.m. Table service is allowed for a maximum of four people, unless they are all cohabitating.

Regarding travel, however, from Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day, only those motivated by needs, work, health reasons or situations of necessity are allowed.
