On Saturday, August 29, 2026, the Royal Palace of Caserta will exceptionally open the gates of the Royal Park at 4:30 a.m. for the second edition of “Alba alla Reggia.” Following the success of the first edition, which drew approximately 2,500 participants, the public will be able to enjoy an immersive experience in the historic gardens, accompanied by music, dance, readings, and guided tours dedicated to the history of the Vanvitelli complex.

The initiative is designed for audiences of all ages and invites visitors to explore the museum’s spaces through a multisensory journey where the landscape, artistic performances, and the gradual sunrise come together.
The program will begin in the early morning hours. At 6:15 a.m., near the statue of the Hairdresser in the Bosco Vecchio, there will be a narrated tour dedicated to the origins of the Royal Park and its history. The tour will continue at 7:30 a.m. in the Serra Grande of the Giardino Inglese, where music and readings will guide the public in exploring this corner of the monumental complex. The musical performances will be presented by the social enterprise Progetto Sonora, featuring the Sonora Wind Trio, consisting of Antonio Puzone on clarinet, Simona Amazio on horn, and Alfonso Valletta on bassoon. The ensemble will be complemented by the narration of Antonio Torino.
The morning will also feature dance. Following the musical and narrative tour,the Arabesque Association will present a performance featuring Francesca Ferraresi, Elisea Scagliarini, Giada Tibaldi, and Marco Munno. The choreography is by Annamaria Di Maio, while the music will be by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Bernhard Henrik Crusell. For the event on August 29, access to the complex will be available starting at 4:30 a.m., exclusively through the entrance on Piazza Carlo di Borbone. The entrance on Corso Giannone will remain closed until 8:30 a.m. Tickets can be purchased on the TicketOne platform or at the ticket office in Piazza Carlo di Borbone.
