At Punta della Dogana three looks at today's art with sixty artists


Through Dec. 13, 2020, the exhibition Untitle, 2020-Three Looks at Today's Art is on view at Punta della Dogana in Venice.

On view until December 13, 2020, at the Punta della Dogana exhibition venue in Venice is the exhibition Untitled, 2020. Three Looks at Today’s Art, conceived and curated by Caroline Bourgeois, Muna El Fituri and artist Thomas Houseago.

This is the second time that an artist from the Pinault Collection, five years after Slip of the Tongue, curated by Danh Vo and Caroline Bourgeois, has created an unprecedented exhibition project to bring a glimpse into the works in the collection.

Thematically, works by more than sixty artists from the Pinault Collection, museum venues, and private collections will be displayed around a reconstruction of Thomas Houseago’s studio within Tadao Ando’s Cube Room. In the same room, the artist makes his library and sources of inspiration available to visitors.

The works on display range from sculpture to video, from painting to photography and are spanned from the 20th century to the present, in a dialogue based on emotional, sensory, visual and tactile connections.

Palazzo Grassi - Punta della Dogana announces that it has decided to no longer exhibit the work of artist Saul Fletcher in the exhibition , out of respect for the memory of Rebeccah Blum, the latter’s wife and victim of the ’murder that occurred on July 22, 2020 at the hands of Fletcher himself, who later committed suicide, and to express solidarity with all women victims of violence.
