After the announcement of the date of the written test of the mega-competition for 1,052 assistants to the fruition, reception and supervision of the Ministry of Culture, the Formez website announces that the measure to amend the notice of public competition for the recruitment of 1,052 non-managerial permanent staff, to be placed in Area II, economic position F2, was published in the Official Gazette IV Special Series “Competitions and Examinations” No. 53 of July 6, 2021.

The written test is set for July 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., in decentralized and digital mode, at the following locations:

LAZIO: Nuova Fiera di Roma, Pavilions 5-6-7-8, NORD Entrance, Via Portuense n.1645 - ROME;

CAMPANIA: Mostra d’Oltremare, Halls 6-10, Entrance v. John Fitzgerald Kennedy, 54- NAPLES;

EMILIA ROMAGNA: Quartiere Fieristico RN- Pavilions D7-B7, Entrance EAST Via Galla Placidia intersection Via Teodorico - RIMINI;

PUGLIA: Foggia Fairgrounds, Halls 10-71, Viale Fortore - FOGGIA

SARDINIA: Fiera di Cagliari, Pavilion 1 First Floor, Viale Armando Diaz - CAGLIARI;

SICILY: Le Ciminiere Center, Pavilion F1 Ground Floor and First Floor, Piazzale Rocco Chinnici, CATANIA.

Based on residency, candidates are summoned to six locations:

Rome: candidates residing in the Regions: Lazio, Abruzzo, Calabria, Liguria, Molise, Tuscany, Umbria and Foreign States;

Naples: candidates residing in Campania;

Rimini: candidates residing in Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Trentino Alto Adige, Valle d’Aosta and Veneto.

Foggia: candidates residing in Puglia and Basilicata;

Cagliari: candidates residing in Sardinia;

Catania: candidates residing in Sicily.

The written test will be conducted with the use of computer and digital tools and will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions, of which 10 will be in English, 10 in the computer area and 40 on the disciplinary subjects indicated in the notice. The 40 questions will cover: Elements of cultural heritage law; General notions on the Italian cultural heritage; Elements of organization, order and competencies of the Ministry of Culture; Elements of administrative law; Regulations on health and safety in the workplace; and Discipline of the employment relationship with the public administration.

The time available for the conduct of the written test will be 60 minutes, to which an additional 30 minutes will be added for eligible candidates.

Candidates who do not show up to take the test on the appointed day and time will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition. Violation of measures to protect public health in the face of the epidemiological situation will result in exclusion from the competition. Candidates are obliged to submit a report on a rapid antigenic or molecular test, carried out by means of an oral/rhino pharyngeal swab no earlier than 48 hours after the competition test, with a negative result; to maintain the prescribed safety distances and compulsorily wear, from the moment of entering the competition area until exit, the FFP2 filtering face masks provided by the organizing administration. The personnel in charge will measure the temperature before entering the premises; should the temperature measured be 37.5° or higher twice in a row, the candidate will be asked to leave the competition premises.
