On Sunday, October 13, 2019, the MiBACT-sponsored initiative Sunday of Paper returns, which provides for state libraries and archives to be open to the public.

The Sunday of Paper initiative is back, which includes theextraordinary opening of state libraries and archives: on Sunday, October 13, 2019, it is therefore possible to visit these places that hold a priceless treasure of culture and literary beauty.

With this event, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism intends to promote and enhance not only museums and archaeological areas, but also paper monuments kept in splendid places of culture. Palaces and wonderful buildings of remarkable monumental beauty that house state archives and libraries are in fact accessible to visitors and will be enhanced with guided tours, exhibitions, meetings, screenings, and theatrical and musical performances.
