On Sky Arte the documentary dedicated to the great Florentine exhibition on Donatello

OnTuesday, April 12, 2022 at 9:15 p.m., Sky Arte will air Donatello. The Renaissance, a new Sky Arte original production in partnership with Palazzo Strozzi with the collaboration of the Bargello Museums and produced by Ballandi Arts. The documentary is already part of the exhibition itinerary of the Florentine exhibition (running until July 31, 2022 at the Palazzo Strozzi venues and the Bargello Museums) with a several-minute clip, but the full version will be aired on TV. It will also be available on demand and streaming on NOW.

The documentary features the works in the exhibition, with evocative footage and detailed expert commentary, for an immersive journey through sculptures, paintings and drawings, reconstructing the journey of one of the greatest masters of the Italian Renaissance.

The exhibition Donatello. The Renaissance is promoted and organized by the Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi and Musei del Bargello in collaboration with the Staatliche Museen in Berlin and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
