Taranto's old city hosts international video art exhibition


The old city of Taranto is hosting the international video art exhibition Stato Stazionario from Sept. 1 to 23, 2018.

Taranto will host from Sept. 1 to 23, 2018,"Steady State," an international video art exhibition that blends contemporary art and audiovisual productions.

The international artists who will present their creations are Sarah Ciracì (Taranto, 1972), Pamela Diamante (Bari, 1985), Nathalie Djurberg (Lysekil - Sweden, 1978), Goldschmied & Chiari (Sara Goldschmied, Arzignano, 1975; Eleonora Chiari, Rome, 1971), Tao Hui (Hunan, China, 1986), Marc Larré (Barcelona, Spain, 1978) and Sabrina Mezzaqui (Bologna, 1964).

The exhibition, which will be inaugurated on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the CRAC Puglia headquarters in the old city of Taranto, aims to be a brief excursus on Italian and international video art production.

The exhibition is organized by the Taranto Film Festival in collaboration with Fondazione Pino Pascali of Polignano a Mare and CRAC Puglia - Centro di Ricerca Arte Contemporanea.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. By reservation in the afternoon. Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons, also by reservation.

Free admission.
