Working in cultural heritage: open positions including permanent positions

The following are open positions during the week of May 12-19 to work in cultural heritage in museums, companies, and galleries.

In Bologna, Gi Group spa is looking for 10 part-time museum guides for a company in the auto industry. The resources will be in charge of the company’s museum tours. To apply, go to the Gi Group spa website.

In Florence, the University of Florence has announced a competition (deadline June 8) for a permanent position at the Center for Electronic Microscopy and Microanalysis Services. Degrees in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, among others, are required. To read the call for applications and apply: University of Florence website.

In Rome, Manpower is looking for a public assistance and security officer at a museum, who will also be responsible for providing art historical, archaeological and monumental information to visitors. Apply on the Manpower website.
