A virtual tour and exhibition to immerse yourself in Pernici's beautiful ceramics

In Rosignano Marittimo, Pernici Gallery opens with an exhibition and virtual tour: several beautiful ceramics on display.

The Raffaello Pernici Gallery in Rosignano Marittimo (province of Livorno) opens its doors to the public and does so with an exhibition of its precious ceramics and a virtual tour that allows you to visit the exhibition venue from the comfort of your own computer. The Gallery was founded by Raffaello Pernici, an antiquarian expert in ceramics: a passion born since childhood that has led him, since 1989, to collect pieces of great value. “My current proposal, which is formalized in addition to the Tuscan market in national antiques exhibitions and reviews of the highest level,” says Raffaello Pernici, “also and above all wants to reach the most demanding collectors and enthusiasts of ceramics, offering them the highest quality.”

The exhibition, which runs from June 3 to 10, 2018, will allow the public to see some of the most valuable pieces in the collection up close: a very rare 19th-century Table Garden from the Ginori manufactory (a similar example, which, however, lacks the central figure, is preserved at the Museum of Palazzo Blu in Pisa), the Liberty saucer by the Florentine manufactory Salvini from the early 20th century, a Mater Amabilis in majolica by Angelo Minghetti (from the late 19th century), Margherita, a rare female bust with lustre decoration made by Giovanni Grande for the Lenci manufactory in 1929 (this is one of the earliest works to come out of the historic Turin manufactory), and a Madonna made in 1937 by Pietro Spertini, also for the Lenci manufactory.

For more information you can visit the Pernici Gallery website, which can be reached at www.pernici.eu.
