Sea hut in verbal blue by Marco Nereo Rotelli at Villa Bertelli in Forte dei Marmi

From now until September 4, 2017, Marco Nereo Rotelli's works will be on display at Villa Bertelli in Forte dei Marmi.

Villa Bertelli in Forte dei Marmi welcomes from today until September 4, 2017"Capanno al mare in blu verbale," an exhibition curated by Guido Andrea Pautasso that makes visible to the public the works of Marco Nereo Rotelli, one of the most representative artists of contemporary Italian art.

The title of the exhibition is inspired by some works by Carlo Carrà, in which lonely beach huts on the beach are depicted; Rotelli took up these subjects following his creativity and placed them at the center of many of his works. Dedicated to the sea, to light, the works in shades of blue, azure and white represent densities of thought and emotion, intellectual expressions of being.
The artist pushes the boundaries of painting, using combinations of materials: they are installations, mirror surfaces, photopaintings, grapho-poems that allow us to immerse ourselves in his art.

The exhibition is organized by the Cultural Association Art Project with a catalog by Edizioni Franche Tirature.
