Until April 2, 2018, photos taken by the curator of three exponents of the Beat Generation-Ginsberg, Corso, Ferlinghetti-are on display at the National Gallery in Rome.

On view until April 2, 2018 at the National Gallery in Rome is the exhibition"Beat Generation. Ginsberg, Corso, Ferlinghetti. Journey to Italy."

About 200 previously unpublished black-and-white photographs acquired by the National Gallery depicting the last trips to Italy of three Beat Generation exponents: Allen Ginsberg, Gregory Corsi and Lawrence Ferlinghetti.

From the 1970s until recent years, Enzo Eric Toccaceli, curator of the exhibition, followed and photographed them in major art cities-Milan, Venice, Rome, Florence, Messina.

The photographs are accompanied by about 600 documents including vinyls, posters, invitations, playbills, press clippings and first editions.
