Kicking off today at 5:30 p.m. at the Amedeo Lia Civic Museum in La Spezia is the exhibition"Treasures from the Museums," in which selected works from the civic collections are on display.
Works from the Castle Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, the Seal Museum, the Palazzina delle Arti and CAMeC: marble artifacts from Luni, materials from the Ponca and Omaha Native American tribes, fine seals, paintings by Agostino Fossati and Jean Dubuffet’s Figure au basement bleu.
The exhibition is curated by the civic museums working group coordinated by director Marzia Ratti and composed of Eleonora Acerbi, Donatella Alessi, Francesca Giorgi, Andrea Marmori, Giacomo Paolicchi, and Anna Rozzi.
