The Louvre Abu Dhabi will open in a few days.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi, designed by Jean Nouvel, will open to the public onNov. 11 with an opening ceremony that will feature symposia, shows, and performances.

People will admire the museum’s many works of art and artifacts under a 180-meter dome, in which nearly eight thousand metal stars are embedded, forming a complex geometric pattern.
The museum will also have a children’s exhibition, an auditorium, a restaurant, a boutique and a cafeteria.

The exhibition route will begin in the Grand Atrium and continue in galleries divided both chronologically and thematically.
