The most-watched art documentary ever, which brought more than 130,000 viewers to the cinema in just three days, is a thrilling journey through the existence and torments of Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. A tale that develops, on two levels: that of the artistic digression entrusted to the interventions of Claudio Strinati, Mina Gregori, Rossella Vodret, and that of the ’photographic’ scenes, evocative of Caravaggio’s soul and art. The voice of Caravaggio’s inner self is by singer Manuel Agnelli.
