Uguali Disuguali, in Carrara second stage of Nicola Ricci's project

From Nov. 20, 2021 to Jan. 8, 2022, Vôtre in Carrara will host "Uguali Disuguali," the second stage of the project launched by Nicola Ricci in 2018: a group show of 25 modern and contemporary artists.

From November 20, 2021 to January 8, 2022, the Vôtre space in Carrara, in the rooms of Palazzo Del Medico in Alberica Square, will host Uguali Digusuali, the second stage of the project of the same name launched in 2018 at Palazzo Binelli, a group exhibition of contemporary and modern art. Uguali Disuguali is a project by Nicola Ricci and Giovanni Bonelli, organized and coordinated by Nicola Ricci Contemporary Art in collaboration with Galleria Giovanni Bonelli. On display are works by twenty-five artists: Nicola Carrino, Andrea Cascella, Sandro Chia, Roberto Chiabrera, Antonia Ciampi, Marco Cingolani, Novello Finotti, Giovanni Frangi, Federico Fusj, Omar Galliani, Massimo Kaufmann, Gabriele Landi, Francesco Lauretta, Mauro Manetti, Luigi Mainolfi, Maura Martello, Fausto Melotti, Aldo Mondino, Ennio Morlotti, Simone Pellegrini, Piero Pizzi Cannella, Fabrizio Plessi, Salvo, Marco Tirelli, Giulio Turcato.

“They are all contemporary artists,” said Nicola Ricci, “but each of them has his own personal style. Hence the title of the exhibition, which includes both living and historicized artists. Together with gallerist Bonelli, we decided to exhibit painting, sculpture, drawings, installations and mosaic, with the goal of completing the cycle started in 2018 with a third part and resume the project in order to exhibit it in a museum venue. We have selected important works in an attempt to create a short circuit and dialogue between the artists.”

The exhibition opens Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30 to 7:30 pm. Closed Mondays and Sundays. Admission is free. For information visit www.votrespazicontemporanei.it or call 338 4417145 or email associazionevotre@gmail.com.
