After the Le Terrazze shopping center in La Spezia( newshere ), Van Gogh Shadow lands at the Valmontone Outlet, in the province of Rome, from March 9 to 24.

Inside the tensile structure set up in the outlet’s main square, ten of the artist’s works will come to life on high-resolution screens, offering a faithful reproduction of the places and characters depicted in the paintings, recreating the light and shadow conditions and natural color gradients. These include The Bridge of Langlois, Fishing Boats on the Beach of Saintes - Maries-De-La-Mer, The Yellow House, Still Life with Drawing Table, Pipe, Onion and Wax, Evening: the Clock (after Miller), View of Saintes Maries, Arles, The Room in Arles, Factories in Asnieres seen from the Quay de Clichy, The Sunflowers and Self-Portrait, 1887.

The exhibition, already hosted in several galleries including the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, is intended to be an opportunity to bring even the youngest visitors closer to the world of art by involving them in an immersive experience to discover not only the works, but also the creative dynamics of the post-impressionist genius.

“The Van Gogh Shadow exhibition represents a captivating and intelligent way to bring audiences of all ages closer to art,” explains Cristina Lo Vullo, director of Valmontone Outlet, "and for this reason, together with the Municipality of Valmontone, we thought of also involving local schools by offering them the possibility of reserved guided tours to delve into Van Gogh’s art, while discovering at the same time the many different ways in which the outlet can be experienced."
