#museichiusimuseiaperti, the initiatives of the Florentine Civic Museums

The Florentine Civic Museums, thanks to MUS.E, are also participating in the #museichiusimuseiaperti campaign.

The Florentine Civic Museums, thanks to MUS.E, are taking part in the #museichiusimuseiaperti campaign: on their Facebook, Instagram and Youtube profiles they will daily tell curiosities and details about the museums that are part of the Florentine Civic Museums. Palazzo Vecchio, Museo Novecento, MAD Murate Art District, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Museo Bardini and Santa Maria Novella will therefore offer thematic focuses and content that is both informative for adults and entertaining and interactive for children.

Among the initiatives proposed, interactive live streaming with costumed characters, laboratories and video workshops for games and manual activities dedicated to younger children.

The #InsideMuseums feature short video clips with historical insights and trivia about the most striking environments of the civic museums. In addition, users will have the opportunity to ask questions about the Florentine Civic Museums through the interactive tools of the Instagram platform.

And again, #MyAllanKaprow will offer guided tours of the temporary exhibition Allan Kaprow. I will always be a painter - of sorts. Drawings, paintings, happenings, environments, at the Museo Novecento, accomplished by curator Sergio Risaliti. Through IG stories, the public will be able to take part in a quiz that consists of recognizing from details the works in the permanent collection; once the correct answer is discovered, a swipe-up will show a video by curator Sergio Risaliti in which he narrates it.
Finally, Risaliti will offer closed-door tours to delve into thematic sections of the museum.

The project is being conceived and implemented: therefore, changes or the addition of new periodic appointments will be possible.
