One of London ’s most important museums is preparing to open a unique pop-up store dedicated to Pokémon. We are talking about the Natural History Museum , which in January, on the occasion of Pokémon’s 30th anniversary, will give all fans of the famous Japanese monsters the opportunity to take home a gadget specially designed for this particular venue.
The Cranbourne Boutique will be transformed for the occasion into a Pokémon store with exclusive products designed especially for the collaboration. The pop-up will be open from January 26 to March 22, 2026, and will be the first Pokémon pop-up in a museum in the United Kingdom. Visiting the Pokémon store at the Natural History Museum will require a ticket, which will still be free. Tickets will be available online from October 1, but as of now one can register on the website to be the first to know when they will be available. The Pokémon x Natural History Museum product range will also be available for purchase in the Natural History Museum’s online shop starting in January 2026. All profits from purchases made in the shop and online store, including Pokémon products, support the Museum’s mission, including the work of 400 scientists conducting research and finding solutions to the planetary emergency. In addition, a select range of products from the Pokémon x Natural History Museum pop-up store will also be available for purchase from the official Pokémon Center UK online store.
