The Angel of Artists. Twentieth-century Art and the All’Angelo Restaurant in Venice curated by Giandomenico Romanelli and Pascaline Vatin. The exhibition focuses on collecting that had restaurant patrons as patrons. The history of the All’Angelo restaurant between Fronte Nuovo delle Arti and Peggy Guggenheim is investigated: the adventures of the Avant-gardes at the tables of Renato and Vittorio Carrain.

Giovanni Querini Stampalia. Theman, the entrepreneur, the philanthropist. Count Giovanni, lawyer by training, amateur scientist, ante litteram entrepreneur, shrewd administrator. On display, family letters and correspondence with his employees, maps of his vast agricultural properties, journals and books on science and agronomy, restore a glimpse of this 19th-century figure.
