The capacity of theaters will not exceed 25 percent of the maximum capacity, and there will be a cap of 400 spectators outdoors and 200 indoors. For indoor events, therefore, the same capacity as in the summer period, while for outdoor events drastic reduction (in the summer the ceiling was 1,000 outdoors).

“We are also able to give a signal to the world of culture, to the places of culture,” Mariastella Gelmini, minister for regional affairs and autonomies, said during the press conference presenting the dpcm: “from March 27 it will be possible, against a reservation that will take place only online, to return, we all hope, to attend the places of culture.”
