Rome, for Nov. 25 Zètema gives a year of free museums to all women

For November 25, Zètema cultura is giving away the MIC Card, which allows one year's admission to all of Rome's civic museums.

Today, Nov. 25, is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and out of solidarity, Zètema Progetto Cultura, as its President Francesca Jacobone explains, wants to "give a small sign of its closeness to women on this very significant day, focusing precisely on its fundamental role in cultural promotion: all women residents or students in Rome who go on November 25 to the three museums involved will receive a free MIC Card, the card that allows unlimited admission for 12 months to the Civic Museums and the historic, artistic and archaeological sites of the Superintendency."

The museums in question are the Modern Art Gallery of Rome, the Napoleonic Museum and the Museum of the Roman Republic and Garibaldian Memory. A note from Zètema reads, "November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, established on Dec. 17, 1999 by theUnited Nations General Assembly, represents the most important time of the year to talk about, inform and raise awareness about this serious problem that affects all countries in the world including, unfortunately,Italy." The MIC Card was introduced on July 18, 2018: by receiving it for free, you will in fact be able to enter Rome’s civic museums for one year free of charge.
