American Express is again actively participating in this year’s Fuorisalone in Milan with a temporary lounge in Corso Venezia, 2 open from April 17 to 21. This exclusive space will be reserved, on the upper floor, for Platinum and Centurion Holders of American Express1. The ground floor, on the other hand, will feature an art installation entitled Ethereal. A Digital Exploration of Intangible Beauty by Andrea Crespi, a digital artist whose work focuses on exploring various media and themes, including optical illusion, social transformation and the digital revolution, thus interpreting contemporary cultural changes.
The work will combine LED screens for a dynamic visual experience and a holographic pyramid, which will allow the display of a hologram thanks to Tria’s innovative technology. The goal is to immerse visitors in the world of digital art, transforming the space into an immersive and contemporary environment that at the same time can be enjoyed as a place for reflection, meeting and relaxation during the frenzy of Design Week. A duality that will be read with the codes of design and the dominant colors: blue in line with the brand identity of American Express and the constant alternation of black/white to create the typical optical effect of Crespi’s stylistic signature in the linear contrast between full/empty - lightness/matter.
Ethereal. A Digital Exploration of Intangible Beauty will be open to all visitors
