Urbino Ducal Palace's torricino reopens: panoramic tours starting Thursday

The North Torricino of the Ducal Palace in Urbino reopens again this year: the initiative has been replicated given its great success in 2016. So, every Thursday evening and Saturday (all day), from July 6 to October 5, the public of the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche (housed in the Ducal Palace) will be able to climb to the top of the Torricino to enjoy a splendid view of the city and the surrounding landscape.

Panoramic tours of the Torricino will be held every 20 minutes, starting at 6:30 p.m. until the last admission at 10:10 p.m. (pre-sale starting at 6:15 p.m., ticket office closing at 10 p.m.: to go up, just the regular entrance ticket to the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche). On Saturdays, however, the hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. (with ticket office closing at 6:15 p.m.). Admission costs to the Gallery: €6.50 full, €4.50 reduced (for state school teachers and 18-25 year olds).
