Sold at auction at Sotheby ’s in Paris for the sum of 631,500 euros is a replica of Marcel Duchamp’s"Mona Lisa with a Moustache."
L.H.O.O.Q., the Dadaist artist’s famous work, was made in 1919, while the Mona Lisa sold a few days ago was reportedly made in 1964 at the request of his friend Arturo Schwarz.
The work comes from the collection of American Arthur Brandt.
