ExhibitionsINmostra takes second place at the 2012 eContent Awards!

ExhibitionsINmostra, the exhibition and exhibition review portal, takes second place at the 2012 eContent Awards Italy in the eCulture and Heritage section

Our partner site MostreINmostra(www.mostreinmostra.it) won second place in the eCulture and Heritage section at the eContent Awards Italy 2012 (just like us at Windows on Art in 2009!), the award given annually to quality websites. This is an award of national value that has also received the endorsement of the President of the Republic and the patronage of several institutions (including the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministries of the Interior, Foreign Affairs, Economic Development and University and Research, and the Lombardy Region) and is the only award in Italy aimed precisely at the quality web, with a focus on content also in relation to the target audience.

The award ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Milan Chamber of Commerce this Wednesday, and for MostreINmostra Daniele Beccaria, who is in charge of the graphics and promotion of the website, was present to receive the award. A great satisfaction also for us at Finestre sull’Arte because our Federico is an integral part of the MostreINmostra team!

MostreINmostra is the best Italian website dedicated to reviews of exhibitions and expositions, conceived by Luca Morosi and Daniele Beccaria who are assisted by a team of young collaborators, each one an expert in his own field: thus ranging fromancient to contemporary art passing through all forms of art, including the most modern ones. The purpose of the site is to provide opinions on the exhibitions that take place every year in the country (and beyond), and over time the site has grown to cover, with its reviews, all the most important exhibitions held in Italy. And the beauty of the site lies in the fact that not only do the opinions express subjective views (and thus MostreINmostra differs from all those sites that write biased reviews doing de facto promotional activities), but everyone can have their say because the site is organized as a community in which anyone can participate. All with a very specific purpose: to offer a high-quality cultural service.

So, dear friends of Windows on Art, wait no longer and take a tour of www.mostreinmostra.it!
