Increased ticket prices for visiting the Pompeii ruins

FromApril 1, 2018, the ticket for the Pompeii Ruins will increase to 15 euros from the current 11 euros, while the reduced rate will be raised from 7.50 euros to 9 euros.

The price increase is already official and has already been communicated to tour operators and tourist boards to update tour packages.
The ticket will also include admission to temporary exhibitions and displays.

Also increased are the rates for visiting the other sites under the jurisdiction of the Pompeii Archaeological Park: full 7 euros for Oplontis and Boscoreale (reduced 4 euros); full 18 euros for Pompeii, Oplontis and Boscoreale (reduced 10 euros).
