On the occasion of the centenary celebrations of Gustav Klimt’s death,"Stairway to Klimt" was created inside the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna: this is an installation consisting of a kind of bridge-passerelle.

This was created in order to allow visitors to take a closer look at a cycle of thirteen paintings by Klimt that adorns the arches of the Viennese museum’s stairway.

Usually such works are placed at a height of 12 meters: thanks to the creation of the aforementioned footbridge, one will have the opportunity to enjoy their beauty from a privileged position.
