3 billion for tourism and culture. Here are all the measures contained in the August decree

The August decree allocates 3 billion for tourism and culture. Here are all the measures in the measure.

Three billion euros for tourism and culture: this is the amount of money that the so-called August decree allocates to the sector. “The new decree,” said Cultural Heritage Minister Dario Franceschini, “contains important regulations for the revitalization and support of two strategic sectors of the national economy that, together, determine more than 12 percent of GDP. This new package of measures is also the result of an important work of listening to and evaluating the many proposals of the categories and sector representations. All the different sectors of the Italian economy,” Franceschini continued, “are suffering badly, but tourism and culture are paying the most for the consequences of the health emergency even in this phase of restart. It is right, therefore, that the government has intervened with substantial measures, amounting to more than 10 percent of the total value of the measure, to strengthen and extend many of the emergency measures of previous decrees and to introduce significant new measures to prepare for recovery.”
